Steelhead has been our water supply for over a decade. As a rural community hall with a cistern tank Shane and his team are always quick to respond to any emergency issues we have. They have worked with us to help put in place an excellent water pump and remote monitoring systems that enables us to ensure emergency situations are less frequent.

All drinking water is secured through their bulk refillable jugs that are easy to swap as needed. Our rental coordinator is always offered help with the jugs when she is there.

Great water and friendly service.

It’s been difficult to buy water from Walmart or Canadian tire, either the machine is broken or they didn’t get a shipment. A friend told me that Steelhead had an exchange program in town & a water loyalty program and I haven’t been back to the big box stores since!

Very responsive and attentive team. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough Very pleased with the service. Will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.
